Eksplorasi Analysis Structural Equation Modelling – (SEM PLS) untuk Faktor Berpengaruh dalam Penerapan Green Retrofitting Industri Beton di Indonesia

چکیده
Industri beton berperan penting pada proses konstruksi sebagai pemasok material beton. Peranan industri mempunyai dampak buruk terhadap lingkungan. Penerapan konsep green, masalah yang timbul adalah konsekuensi kenaikan biaya green retrofitting dikeluarkan oleh pemangku kepentingan agar atau bangunan menjadi ramah lingkungan, beton, value engineering(VE) merupakan komponen utama berpengaruh nyata peningkatan kinerja penerapan di Indonesia, dengan menggunakan analisa Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Penelitian ini keterbaruan terkait Indonesia dan menganalisa faktor-faktor mempengaruhi gren SEM PLS. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh “10 ” yaitu comitment management, energy & climate, water efficiency, secondary material, air quality, economic financial avaibility, legal compliance regulation, aturan pendukung, functional analysis, environmental Management.
